Properly formulated questions should concern specialist psychological knowledge: emotional state, parent-child relationships, psychological consequences of an event, characteristics of perception or substantiation of a previous report.

It is preferable not to put questions of guilt, whether a party is right or the amount of compensation to a psychologist.

What you can do

  • collect case materials and questions;
  • assess the need for psychological or interdisciplinary examination;
  • prepare a specialist opinion;
  • check an existing examination through a report review.
