What to include in your request

the type of dispute or task;
whether it is for a court, an advocate, a claim or an expert report review;
which questions need to be posed;
whether there is a report that needs to be reviewed;
deadlines and the procedural status of the case.

At the first stage, a brief description and list of questions are sufficient. Do not send medical documents or information identifying children through this form; we will agree the full set separately.

judicial psychological examination;
pretrial psychologist's specialist opinion;
psychological and linguistic or family-related examination;
review of another expert's report.
